NESB Virtual Assistant

The tried-and-true ATM has finally evolved, and with it, an enhanced user experience as well as functionality. Now, during business hours, the Bank’s fleet of ITMs (Interactive ATMs) feature the NESB Virtual Assistant service, which offers an option to directly connect with a live NESB employee who can perform nearly any task on your behalf.

The NESB Virtual Assistant is a live, real Bank employee locally staffed, typically residing in our Whitman Massachusetts Contact center. By choosing to connect with us via the NESB Virtual Assistant feature, customers can easily and conveniently: 

  • Use With or Without Your Debit Card

  • Speak to a Live Representative

  • Cash or Deposit Checks

  • Get Exact Cash Denominations

  • Make Loan Payments

  • Transfer Funds
