North Easton Savings Bank sponsors Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth’s “Sunset at Moonrise” event with $10,000 donation

In continued support of Habitat for Humanity, North Easton Savings Bank sponsored the “Sunset at Moonrise” fundraiser with a $10,000 donation. 

“Sunset at Moonrise” was held at the Moonrise Cinema outdoor venue at 428 Court Street in Plymouth.  Proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth’s work in building and repairing affordable housing for local low-income families in the organization’s service area.

The evening event featured a Meet & Mingle reception, a varied chef-inspired menu, lawn games and music trivia enjoyed by those attending.  Following the reception there was a screening of the action classic “Top Gun.”

“Sunset at Moonrise” marks the first fundraising event held by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

“It’s a privilege to support such a worthy fundraising event for Habitat of Humanity of Greater Plymouth, an organization that, since 1995, has meant so much to so many families,” said Rich Spencer, President and CEO of North Easton Savings Bank.  “We’re humbled by the work that Habitat does in support of our neighbors and are grateful for our continued partnership with this incredible organization.”
